There are two types of False Rosemary, Conradina, in Florida. This particular species is endemic to the east coast from Volusia to Miami-Dade county. While it does resemble rosemary in its appearance, it belongs to the mint family. You can still use this plant as you would rosemary. As a long-lived perennial, it will provide for you for multiple years. The best part of utilizing this native instead of commonly sold rosemary is the flowers this plant has. They can bloom most of the year. 
 
It can reach 2-3 feet tall and 2-3 feet wide. We love to use this as a border plant or intermixed with our vegetable garden. It will attract pollinators and the fragrant leaves could repel garden pests. We also enjoy growing it in pots intermixed with other herbs.
 
We recommend only buying this plant if you are near the natural range. We don't want to promote hybridizing the two native species. So, if you are not on the east coast of Florida, please look into buying the other native species, Conradina canescens.

Plants are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid plants sitting at a post office or warehouse over a weekend and reducing shipping stress on plants. Seed packets ship any day of the week and are commonly shipped in envelopes paid by stamp. There will be no tracking information for seed packets shipped in this way. Customers will be notified when seed packets are sent. 
 
No refunds, exchanges, or returns. By purchasing this plant, you are accepting the risk of having plants mailed to you. We package plants very carefully. We can not be responsible for how the carrier handles them or transient through different tempratures. Our most common carriers are UPS and USPS. Any damaged packages, damaged plants, dead plants or irregular shipping patterns should be claimed through the UPS or USPS insurance claims system.
