Good Morning! I hope you all are having a great weekend! My wife and I have been spending this week on vacation and it has been great. I pre-recorded my #WhatIsItWednesday reveal video so I could still squeeze in a post for you.
This week's #WhatIsItWednesday was a plant that many of you guessed correctly. In fact, I had over 20 correct responses which is a #WhatIsItWednesday record! Thank you everyone for participating. Because of the number of participants we are donating $15 to the Florida Wildlife Federation!!
This week's plant was Blanket Flower. Other common names include Indian Blanket Flower, Flamewheel, Firewheel, or simply called by its genus - Gaillardia.
I believe that the species of Gaillardia that I have in this video is Gaillardia pulchella.
