Revealed!! What is it Wednesday October 4, 2023

This week's "What is it Wednesday" was our first ever fungi edition. Fungi are unsung heroes of the garden as they speed up the decomposition process. This means they help enrich your soil and provide nutrients for your plants.

This week's fungi goes by a few different common names but we call them Yellow parasols. Their scientific name is Leucocoprinus birnbaumii. Some people call them Flower-pot parasols.
